Timer Impression Data

When an email containing an Email Timers countdown is opened, our servers process the request to generate the timer image. We log impression data (timestamp, general location, email client) for analytics. We do not read or access the content of your emails.

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate Email Timers (payment processing, hosting, analytics) and when required by law.

Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Analytics data is retained for 12 months. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting support.
